In order to give parties to a dispute of a value under £50,000 the option to employ a mediator at a reasonable rate, some individual mediators and providers are signed up to the Fixed Fee Mediation Scheme. As an Accredited Mediator through Essential Mediation Solutions, Sarah Bays is one such mediator. The fees for this service are set out below.

Montage Mediation is happy to discuss with the parties to the mediation whether the mediation session will be done in person or by telephone/video, although Sarah Bays has a preference for a mediation session of 2 hours or less to be done by telephone/video.

Both parties will need to agree to mediate and it is helpful to have agreed on this before you approach her as mediator.

Each additional hour is charged at £100+ VAT per party. Any additional hours will be agreed with the parties before they are incurred.
