Mediation Fees and Terms

Mediation sessions involving two participants will include face to face meetings or shuttle meetings at an agreed venue. Any room hire costs, if applicable, will be payable by the client.

Payment to be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled mediation time.

Mediations involving multiple parties will be priced on application.

Cancellations

A minimum payment of 20% of the Mediator's fees, and the fee for the room hire if appropriate, in the event cancellation occurs after the mediation date has been agreed by all the parties to the dispute.

50% of the aforesaid mediation fee and room hire fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than one full week before the agreed date for the mediation.

​

100% of the aforesaid mediation and room hire fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than two working days before the date and time agreed for the mediation.

​

No cancellation fee will be charged if the mediation date is rescheduled provided that the mediation takes place within 28 days of the original mediation date, failing which the Mediator may treat the adjournment as a cancellation in accordance with the above provisions.
